The house is conveniently located about 15 minutes from both Killington and Okemo, making it the perfect base for skiers and snowboarders.

Yes, there is ample parking at the property for multiple vehicles. In winter, we recommend 4-wheel drive or winter tires for safe access.
3. Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes, the private hot tub is available for guest use year-round. Please shower before use and follow the provided guidelines to keep it clean and enjoyable.
4. Is there a sauna in the house?
Yes, the home has a private sauna—perfect for warming up and relaxing after a day outdoors.
5. What kitchen amenities are included?
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances. You’ll also find basics like coffee, tea, spices, and cooking oils to get you started.

Yes! Hiking trails begin right in the backyard, so you can step outside and start exploring without even getting in the car.

Whenever possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, however during peak winter season, check-out time is strictly enforced to allow our cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the home for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding.

11. How should I handle trash and recycling?
Please dispose of trash and unused food before checkout. Bins are located on the left side of the parking area. Be sure lids are tightly secured and the door is locked to prevent attracting bears and other wildlife.
